Please ensure that all information specified while placing an order is correct, wrong addresses and telephone numbers will not be AllerG or the courier service’s liability & additional shipping fee will be charged.

To check your information provided please log into your account or check your order email received. (Please check your spam folder)

We will not be held responsible for any communication errors due to the supply of wrong information.

AllerG deliveries are done by a private courier companies, and AllerG can not be held accountable for the actions and deliveries of the service they provide.

Deliveries will be scheduled within 2-3 working days after the order has been placed.

Customers will be informed of delayed orders telephonically.

Delivery days may vary between Tuesdays, Wednesdays,Thursdays & Fridays.

Times will depend on the courier’s routes for the day and will take place between 10am and 5pm on the confirmed day.

Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm if you are available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery day.

Should address change will be needed an additional admin fee of R50 as well as the total of delivery fee will be invoiced to you again before rescheduling the delivery.

Collection from the Centurion factory can be arranged if and when needed.

Upon receiving your order from the courier, please check that you sign for the correct order name and number displayed on the box.

It is your responsibility to handle your parcel with care once received.

 Should you have any product issues upon receival it needs to be communicated within an hour of receiving your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns.

All Best Before dates are available on each sachet & on the box.

In case of incorrect orders, we will add the necessary missing items will be sent ASAP at the cost of the company.

Keep your invoice, box & sachets for any disputes about products.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to add the missing products without proof of your order number and invoice added in your box.

Please take note that we do not take responsibility for damage caused to packaging due to courier negligence.
