Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed and shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order. We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping method: Collection at Tummies full of Love
    Shipment cost: Free
    Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping method: Courier
    Shipment cost: Flat Rate
    Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days depending on area of delivery.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within South Africa.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to third party courier complications

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

Aller-G is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please take pictures and contact our office immediately to look into the matter.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
